Three ways to brand a garment

Embroidery

Your logo is stitched directly into the garment for a premium, retail look. Artwork is digitised first, and a sample is produced for approval before the run.

Screen Printing

Ink is pushed through a mesh screen onto the garment, one colour per screen. Setup makes it most economical for larger runs of the same design.

Direct-to-Garment Printing

A print head applies the design directly onto the garment, like an inkjet printer for fabric. No screens to set up, so small runs and full-colour artwork are practical.

Direct to garment printing (DTG)

DTG printing is a technique where a digital image is printed directly onto textiles and garments. Think of it like a giant inkjet printer, but for garments. DTG printing gives you a vibrant image with good durability and washability. This should be considered for the following reasons:

  • Unlimited colours making it cost effective for full-colour designs.
